Pumpkin cheese cake with wiped topping.
Ingredients:
2gram cracker crust
2 cans of pumpkin
1 1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 table spoon of pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pack of cream cheese
1 tub of wiped cream
Institutions:
Combine the eggs 1 can of condensed milk and pumpkin and spices and salt . Divided into tow pie crust. cook at 350* for 10 mints. take pies out and wile still a bit runny at the cream cheese and half a can of sweetened condense mixture that you wiped together in a sperate bowl . divide then between the pies. with a fork swirl the cream cheese mixture in to the half baked pies . put them back into the oven till they are tooth pick clean.
*let the pies cool then add the wiped topping to them*
serve and enjoy.
