Turkey

Thanksgiving Turkey:





Ingredients:

1. 2 sticks of butter 
2. 3 onions chopped roughly 
3. 1 tablespoon of salt 
4. 5 carrots peeled and roughly cut  
5. 1/2 jar of herb pesto 


you can get this at Aldi.

this is the butter and pesto mix 
and salt mixture. i know it dose'nt 
look very appealing but it will add
a great flavor to your bird.

next make a bead of onions and carrots
in a cooking bag.

After you have pulled away the skin from the 
breast making sure not to tare the skin so that there 
is a pocket between .Massage the butter and herb mixture 
in between the breast and the skin .Flip on to the breast side down
on the bed of onions and carrots.Spreed a little of the butter on the back of the bird and salt the bird. add 5 cups of water close the bag and put into the refrigerator over night.

The next day take it out and put it in a 300* oven for 3 hours and half for a 12 lb bird 

Let the bird cool for 30 mints. slice and serve

Home made pumpkin pie:




  1. 1 all ready made pie shell.
  2. 1 can of pumpkin
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  5. 1 tablespoon of salt
  6. 1/2 can of small sweetened condensed milk  
Institutions:
  combine the ingredients together poor into the pie shell.
cook for 300*  till tooth pick clean . (25 min )
