Home made hummus

                                  :Homemade hummus:

1. one pound of dried garbanzo beans.
2. one roasted  garlic head 
3. 1/2 cup of olive oil 
4.  one tablespoon of horseradish sauce
5. 2 cups water 
6. salt and pepper to taste
7.  one and half teaspoons of onion  powder  
8. paperka 

Directions: 

Soak beans overnight. drain the water off of them and add new water. Cook on medium for 4 hours or until soft and smooth texture on your tongue. Let cool. Rinse the water off off them and the add the above  ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Let cool. Sprinkle paprika over the hummus before serving.

Note* flavor will be better  if you let it sit in the refrigerator over night.

Note* you may need to add more water or oil for smoother consistency.
