Homemade Sprouting Jars

What you will need:

1. Glass jars
2 . Corn holder
3 measuring spoons
4. Alfalfa sprouts or any spout of your choosing.

leftover pickle jars ETC.

Use the corn holder to poke holes in top of the jars.

add 1/2/ tbsp of sprout seeds to the jar with a tablespoon of water.
Close the lid and you're done.
Put in a sunny window or a greenhouse if you have one.

You want to stagger the starting of the spout seeds. The one on the right was started two days
behind the new jar on the left. As you can see the jar on the right has begun to sprout.

I hope this little hack will save you money and also inspire you to eat a healthier life.

Enjoy.
