What you will need:
1. Large head of cabbage.
2. 3 small onions
3. 4 cloves of garlic minced
4. 10 sausage patties cubed
5. 1/2 stick of real butter
6. 1 quart of tomato juice
7. 1 pint of tomato past sauce
8. salt and pepper to taste.
9. two chicken bullion cubes
10. 1/2 cup water to get the wilting started
11. i small bag of baby carrots
* note the size of your pot determines how much cabbage you can add at one time before it wilts down and you can add more to the pot . Also as it wilts it will release water . so no more water then 1/2 cup at the start.
saute the onions and butter and carrots together and then add the cabbage to the pot till you have it all in the pot. Then add the sausage and bullion and sausage pieces and garlic.
Then add the tomato juice and spettie sauce to the pot
Let it cook for 3 hours on low heat till cabbage is tender. salt and pepper to taste.
