3 YELLOW ONIONS QUARTERED 

2 RED ONIONS QUARTERED   

8 CLOVES OF GARLIC

8 SMALL MULTI COLORED PEPPERS  QUARTERED

6 CHICKEN THIGHS 

1 BOTTLE OF LEMON PEPPER  MARINATED (POOR OVER DISH) 

5 TABLESPOONS OF OIL 

2 TEASPOONS OF SALT
