Jambalaya

what you will need:

1. Tow chicken thighs and legs
CUT GREEN PEEPERS AND ONIONS WITH A SPLASH OF OIL  
2. 30 shrimp
3. 3 Sausages cut up
4. 2 chicken buon cubes
5  4 cups rice
6. 4 cut up green peepers
7. 2 big yellow onions
8. 1 head of roasted garlic
9.  3 tablespoons of salt
10 . 2 tablespoons of peeper
11. 2 teaspoons of cumin
12. 5 teaspoon of paprika
13. 3 teaspoon of chili powder
14. hot sauce (optional)






Roasted head of garlic with some oil ans salt  400* oven till soft


 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Make a stock out of the chicken piece and 6 cups of water  water and buon and garlic powder. Use the broth for the cooking of the rice after the green peppers and onions have cooked down by half. add rice at this point and wen the rice is cooked throw add the cooked chicken and sausage and shrimp and roasted garlic head (that you have squeezed out of the head) and seasoning at the very end cook for 10 mintes till shrimp turns pink and other meat is warmed though.
