Sweet potato pie (Less sugar).
This respite will make tow pies.
What you need....
3 lbs. raw hole sweet potato's.
Tow pre made pie shells.
1 can of evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon of cloves
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 cup of sugar
6 eggs
1/2 stick melted real butter
Directions:
Peel and cube the sweet potato's put them in a pot to boil with just enough water to cover the potato's. cook till fork tender. Drain and let cool. Once cooled mash them with a fork. NOTE YOU WILL NEED 4 CUPS OF MASHPOTATOS FOR THIS RESPIT. Add the above ingredients. combined with a fork or spatula. Por mixture in to pie shells cook and 350* for 45 mints or till tooth pic comes out clean.
* Note*
It is ok to have small lump of sweet potato also do not use more nutmeg or cloves theses are very powerful spices. As far as the sugar you don't need much because sweet potato's are already sweet. I hope you enjoy my version of sweet potato pie

Chicken pasta salad
Directions:
1. Cut 3 chicken Breast into cubes and fry in pan with 3 Teaspoons of coconut oil and 1 teaspoons of pepper and 3 tablespoons of stonemill original salt free seasoning.
2. Rehydrate peppers, 3 cups water to 1 cup dehydrated peppers. let stand in water for 4 hours and drain water.
