:Mexican Chicken Wraps:
What you will need:
1. 1 seasoning pack of chill chicken powder
2. 1 pack of taco seasoning
3. 1 can sweet corn
4. 1 can of pinto beans
5 2 large chicken legs and thighs
6. 1 can of diced tomatoes
7 12 inch flower wraps
8. 5 Cups of cheese of your chose
9. 2 cups of sour cream
10. 3 cups of water
11. 6 table spoons of oil
Put the chicken and seasonings and the water cover and let cook for 45 minutes covered on medium low heat. |
**** wile chicken is cooling put the pinto bean in the seasonings that the chicken was cooking in for 15 minutes so it can take on the flavor of the taco and chilly******
*** mash the beans with some of the left over juice form the chicken . strain the rest of the juice off the beans you don't need.
