you will need:
- stick of butter
- large white onion [diced]
- 3bay leaves
- 2 8 oz pack of cream cheese
- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 4 cans of water{equal to the can of soup}
- 5 cans of tuna
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of pepper
- 2lbs of pasta
- 2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
The cream sauce:
Saute the minced onions,crushed garlic and bay leaves and butter together till onions are translucent. Then add the cream cheese and cans of soup and the cans of water and simmer on low till the cream cheese melts. You will need to stir it occasionally. then add your tuna to the cheese sauce. Take out bay leaves a this time.The sauce should look like the picture.
Step tow:
Boil your noodle half way in a pot of salted water. Only half way because when you put the sauce over the noodles and put in the oven the noodles will absorb the moisture.

Add some shredded cheddar cheese to the top with some parmesan and some bread crumbs and some tuna. |

cook for 30 minutes on 350* covered . then 10 minutes uncovered till golden on top. let cool for 10 to 15 mints till you cut into it . |
