Roasted tomatoes and garlic and onions pork chops

       Roasted tomato and onion and garlic pork chops  

Ingredients:

4.  2 inch cut pork chops  

2. 12oz containers of cherry tomatoes

3. chopped medium onions

2. head of peeled garlic 

4 tbs of lawyers seasoning salt

6 tsp of minced herbs    

4 tsp of pepper

1/2 cup of oil

cook at 350* for 35 minutes or till meat is pulling away from the bone. 

  Tip: you can use the roasted veggies to make a great pasta salad with:
 

Serve with quinoa or rice and have your favorite bbq sauce on the side for dipping.
