home made Chipolata

what you will need:

12 large flowered wraps
4 lbs of ground turkey
8 cups re-fried beans
3 cups dried rice
7 medium onions
8 gloves of garlic
6 green peppers sliced
3 table spoons of taco seasoning
1 jar of hot peepers
6 bags of cheese
3 tablespoons of cumin
6 table spoons of cilantro
3 table spoons of red peeper
6 table spoons of salt
4 table spoons of ground peeper
12 sheet of aluminum foil
oil
butter
aluminum foil

rice mixture:

3 cups rice
3 table spoon of cilantro
1 table spoon
of salt
4 table spoon of butter
cook till rice is fluffy.








Meat mixture:

4 lbs of ground turkey
4 onions
3 table spoon cumin
3 table spoon black peeper
3 table spoon taco seasoning
3 table spoon red pepper  powder
3 table spoon salt
4 cloves crushed garlic
6 tbs spoon oil
cook till meat is brow and cooked throw




Sate peepers and onions:
2 sliced onions
6 green peepers
2 cloves crushed garlic
slice green peppers and onions and
crushed garlic and sate then till everything is soft not falling apart though.










Bean mixture:

2 diced onions
1 table spoon  red peeper
8 cup re-fried beans
cook beans over low heat till
onions are not crisp
stir as they cook








next:
lay out a sheet of aluminum foil
with a flowered wrap:

Layer the ingredient:















wrap up into the foil. it keep the
filling in wile you put it back in
the oven at 350 for 5 min so the
cheeses can melt keep nice and neat.
