Wet ingredients...
6 eggs
2 sticks of butter
3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 cup of Honey peanut butter
Dry ingredients...
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoons of salt
4 cups of all purpose flour
Cream the wet ingredients with a blender till all combined. Then add the dry ingredient slowly till all incorporated. put a tablespoon of batter for each cookie on a cookie sheet. you will NOT have to grease the cookie sheets They will spread. Cook in a 350* oven for 10 minutes. put on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. This made 40 huge cookes.
I also did this with my daughter Nicole. Trying to teach her how to cook since it is a lost art in theses young people today.
