Cabbage Soup.(weight loss)

1 head of cabbage
Roughly chop everything it will break apart as it cooks. Cook
on high in a crock pot for 5 hours. Then let simmer on low for 1 hour.
run  a knife threw the pot to break up the cabbage.This is supposed to help you lose weight.

:Enjoy:
3 papers
2 onions
6 cloves of garlic
5 stalk of celery
5 carrots
6 cups water
2  onion soup mix packs
2 can of diced and peeled tomatoes and the juice
1 teaspoon of of chilli flakes
2 teaspoon of salt
