Home made gravy: 






what you will need.

  1.   put the neck and heart kidneys and livers in the pot.
  2. chop one onion.  
  3. peal and chop 5 carrots.
  4. add 5 cups water
  5. at 3 tsp of salt 
  6. half a jar of herb pesto
  7. 1 teaspoon peeper
  8. 1 cup flower



Institutions:

Let simmer on the stove for 
2 hour. after that strain
the solids throw a strainer.
Let the liquid drain into the pot underneath the colander

 



After the that put the stained liquid and half of the liquid from the turkey the should messer 5 cups in all in to a pot on medium to high heat . put one cup of that in a blender with the cup of flower. blend that to make a roux. Poor that roux in to the pot and stir for 4 muinuts with a whisk till it coats the back of a spoon . remove from heat let sit for 5 minutes. It will thicken up. You will never have lumpy gravy again if you follow this respite. The blender is the key to that.
