Summer veggie pasta 


                                   Ingredients as follows..

1. 1 jar of 3 cheese spaghetti sauce 

2. 2 lbs of pasta 

3. 2lb ground turkey 

4.  2 large onions

5. 1 head of garlic 

6. 4 bell peppers 

7. 2 zucchini squash 

8. 4 tbsp of tomato pesto 

9. 4 tbsp of herb pesto 

10. Salt and pepper.

Directions:

Saute the onions and garlic and peppers and zucchini in corn oil (or oil of chose) in a pan 

In separate pan put the ground turkey and the tomato pesto and herb pesto . cook until meat is cooked throw

in salted  boiling water cook pasta .

wen those to are done combine together and add past sauces and salt and pepper to taste

Serve and enjoy
       Potato,Broccoli, mushroom soup 
            

                 Ingredients: 
8 medium potatoes.
3 heads of broccoli
1 pack of portobello
  mushrooms.
2 small minced onion
1/2 sick of butter 
1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
1 can cream of chicken soup.
2 bay leaves (optional).
2 cups of water.
2 cups milk.
SAlt and pepper to taste.

     Directions:
1.Sutea the cut onions and mushrooms with the butter till onions are translucent. 
2. peal and quarter potatoes and add them with the broccoli to the mixture with the onions and mushrooms.
3 add the can of cream or mushroom soup and chicken soup bay leaves and 2 cups water.
4. let simmer till potatoes are fork tender on medium heat. 
5. add milk and simmer for 10 more minutes on low heat.
6 take out bay leaves and salt and pepper to taste and serve with you favorite crackers.
